2. Evidence of the Arley Hall Event

After the event the Marketing Team posted some pictures and links to the  Warrington Guardian page to conclude our event and also inform our followers or people that visited our Twitter pages that our current event had taken place and that we were grateful and happy of our successes.

On the night the Jordan and I had arranged for the local newspaper photographer to come and take pictures of us to advertise our event. This could enable us to reach a wider audience for future events and enable us to inform more people of our cause which could get us more donations.

The Stage Manager was also able to take some pictures of the designs they had requested for front of house. This was important as it enabled us to see how they looked in the setting and see for ourselves if we achieved our target/design brief and added to the aesthetics of the Front of House space.

As our event was a charity event we were able to acquire most of the things we needed to put on the event for free or at a fraction of the price. The Event Managers there for created a budgeting form that showed what it would have cost if we were to have had a budget of our own.
This document will be very useful for future events as it will give us an overview as to what it could cost to put on an event that isn't for charity. Especially in terms of the costs for Marketing. As we hypothetically spent a total of £317.40. Which would not have been possible without the graphics department at college.
